Adopterluv is the central hub for all your pet's information. It is the perfect place to store essential documents related to your pet, such as a rabies certificate or vaccination history.

When your adoption is complete, the organization you adopted from will send over your new pet's important documents, such as your adoption contract and the animal's medical history, and you can upload those to your Adopterluv account.

View and Upload a New Document

To get started, log into your Adopterluv account here. Once you are logged in, you will see the Vaccination Records, Important Documents, and Adoption Resources buttons. 

To upload a new document, click the Important Documents button followed by the green Add Documents button.

Access Medical Records, Treatment, and Appointment Information

If you are trying to access your pet's records don’t see certain medical records or treatment details in your Adopterluv account, the organization you adopted from can provide them. 

Appointment information is not stored in Adopterluv, so for those details, please contact the organization directly. You can find their contact information on your adoption paperwork.
