How to Delete a Pet

Deleting a pet from your Adopterluv account removes their profile and all of their records permanently, and it cannot be undone at all afterwards. If your pet has died and you would rather keep their photos and records, see how to mark a pet as deceased instead.

To delete a pet, follow these steps:

1. On the pet's profile, click the Edit My Pet button.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Mark As Deceased or Delete Profile button.

3. Click the Delete Pet Profile button, read the warning, and click the Delete button.
